In compliance with article 10 of Law 34/2002, of 11 July, on Information Society and Electronic Commerce Services (LSSI-CE), we inform you that the owner of the website https://ledmotive.com/store (hereinafter, “Ledmotive Store” or the “Website”) is Ledmotive Technologies, SL, with its registered office in Barcelona, at C/Joan Comorera 8-12, local 15, escalera H – CP 08030, with Tax ID Code B65924888, and registered in the Trade Register of Barcelona, volume 43523, folio 202, page B431400 (hereinafter, “Ledmotive”).

Acceptance of the Legal Notice
The purpose of this Legal Notice is to regulate access and use of the Ledmotive virtual shop, Ledmotive Store.
By accessing Ledmotive Store, you automatically acquire the status of User (hereinafter, “User”) and accept, with no reservations of any type, each and every one of the provisions of this Legal Notice. When beginning to use Ledmotive Store, the User is aware that it is their obligation to be informed of and comply with this Legal Notice.
Ledmotive may modify this Legal Notice by publishing such modifications on the Website so that Users may be informed of them.
Intellectual and Industrial Property Rights
All the content of the Website, including but not limited to its programming, editing, compilation, designs, logos, images, products, text and graphics, are the property of Ledmotive, and are protected by national and international regulations on industrial property. User access does not grant them any right of property over these.
If the User observes any content in the Website that could breach intellectual and industrial property rights, Ledmotive asks them to inform us as soon as possible, by sending an email to the address store@ledmotive.com.
Civil Liability
Ledmotive will not be liable for any damages or losses that the User may suffer as a result of the use of Ledmotive Store when they prove that they have complied with the requirements and procedures that their nature demands.
In general, we do not check the use that Users make of Ledmotive Store. In particular, we do not guarantee under any circumstances that Users use it in accordance with the law, this Legal Notice, generally accepted morals and decency and public order, nor that they do so diligently and prudently.
In the event that the Website contains links or hyperlinks to other online sites, we will exercise no type of control over these sites and contents. In no case shall we assume any responsibility for the contents of any link belonging to a third-party website, nor shall we guarantee the technical availability, quality and veracity of any material or information contained in it.
Guarantee Exclusion
We do not guarantee that the Website will operate without interruptions, in useful, reliable time, free of errors or viruses. Neither do we accept responsibility for any possible damages or losses that may occur due to interference, omissions, interruptions, computer viruses or disconnections in the operating system of that electronic system, due to causes beyond Ledmotive’s control.
It is the User’s responsibility to adopt all appropriate technical measures in order to reasonably control these risks and avoid damage to their equipment, loss of data, or theft of confidential information. For these purposes, it is essential that they have updated systems for detecting malicious software, such as viruses, Trojans, etc., as well as updating the security patches of the corresponding browsers they use.
Users’ Obligation
The User promises:
- To provide truthful data in all forms in the Website and keep these data updated. Not to use false identities, or impersonate the identity of others when using the forms in the Website.
- Not to insert, store or disseminate any computer software, data, virus, code, hardware, or telecommunications equipment or any other electronic or physical instrument or device that is likely to cause damage to the Website or impede its normal running.
- Not to destroy, alter, employ for their own use, disable, or damage the data, information, programs, or electronic documents of Ledmotive, its suppliers or third parties.
Minors
In order to acquire the products offered through the Website, the User must be of legal age or have the consent of their parents or legal representatives. Ledmotive accepts no responsibility for the access, use of the service or the purchase of products by Users who do not comply with this requirement.
Duration and termination
The information is provided indefinitely. Notwithstanding this, we are empowered to unilaterally terminate, suspend, or interrupt the provision of our products and/or services, at any time and without prior notice.
Applicable law and jurisdiction
This Legal Notice is governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of disputes, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction.
